Description:

Loose parts play is a type of play which promotes problem solving, critical thinking, experimentation, imagination and creativity. Many materials around the home can be used in loose parts play making it easy to implement at home.

Offering children a range of materials such as cardboard, mirrors, metal, shells, old CDs to freely experiment and play with.
