This role requires a collaborative educator who communicates effectively with families, colleagues, and the wider community. You will be able to plan and implement meaningful projects, contribute to team goals, and foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired.
- Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
- Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning
- Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
What you’ll bring
A passionate love of learning and…
- Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards
- In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
- Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
- Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
- Experience in leading a room or team
- Current WWCC and First Aid.
