Nido Piara Waters is more than just a centre — it’s a place of connection, creativity and calm.

• Incursions with the close by dentist and excursions to the nearby gym for fitness classes! 
• Sensory play areas include tough trays in each yard space to explore new interests with the children outside as well as a large atelier. 
• Kinder curriculum is embedded and promoted during tours and orientations.  
• 5 rooms with a large atelier and Piazza space where we host community and family events! 
• Situated in a shopping complex, close to IGA, medical centre, dentist and food franchises. 
• Majority of the team have been at service since opening 2 years ago. Management team have moved through the ranks so have a very good understanding of the industry! 
• Many schools in the vicinity, children often go to school with friendships created from Nido! 
• Very dedicated Cook (Mum of 3) who does cooking experiences with the children and is very passionate in providing knowledge around baby led weaning and first foods. 

The role: Lead Educator

• Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
• Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning
• Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
• Must be available for opening and closings 

Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world.
  
What you’ll bring
A passionate love of learning and…

• Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards
• In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
• Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
• Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
• Experience in leading a room or team
• Current WWCC and First Aid.
