As a Family Experience Lead at Nido, you will play a key role in leading a team of Family Experience specialists to deliver exceptional enquiry management and support for families starting out in their early education journey.
This role ensures that every call is handled with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of Nido's commitment to quality early education and care. The Family Experience Lead is responsible for team leadership, performance management, and fostering a culture of service excellence that drives family engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
The role:
▪️Lead and mentor a team of 5 Family Experience Specialists
▪️Drive high-quality, solution-focused family engagement
▪️Manage performance, KPIs, and team development
▪️Ensure service excellence, compliance, and call quality
▪️Strengthen family relationships and support seamless enrolment experiences
▪️Champion process improvements and knowledge sharing

▪️Experienced in customer service, call centre leadership, or family-facing roles (desirable)
