The Role: Engagement Educator 

The Engagement Educator plays a vital role in supporting high-quality engagement and play across the service. This dynamic role focuses on being present and responsive to children’s needs throughout the day while assisting teams to manage routines without compromising children’s learning and well-being. As an Engagement Teacher, you will move between classrooms and environments, offering flexible, above-ratio support while modelling playful, purposeful and positive interactions.

What You’ll Bring
Your role sits outside the staff-to-child ratio, enabling you to work across classrooms and maintain a strong coaching presence.

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised) (Essential)
- Experience in early childhood education.
-Support educators during mealtimes by promoting independence and social interaction
-Collaborate with educators to maintain a calm, fun, engaging and responsive environment
- Support educators in embedding teaching into everyday routines and transitions
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQS standards.
- WWCC and First Aid.
