- Small unique service located close to supermarkets and the local gym
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 3 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas
- Library incursion happens monthly, as well as excursions for nursery children
- High staff retention, well established team
- Strong community ties to nearby Nido early schools
- Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
- Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning
- Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
What you’ll bring
A passionate love of learning and…
- Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards
- In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
- Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
- Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
- Experience in leading a room or team
- Current WWCC and First Aid.
