Nido Early School QV1 is seeking educators who are ready to take the next step in their career to a Lead Educator role.

We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. You will collaboratively lead a small team, delivering curriculums and environments that enriches the child’s holistic self.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards a Diploma
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Experience in leading a room highly regarded
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Confidence in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each childs individual needs and interests 
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
