- Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards a Diploma
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Experience in leading a room highly regarded
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Confidence in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each childs individual needs and interests
- Strong communication and time-management skills
