We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new service in Swan View and are seeking a passionate Educational Leader to join our vibrant learning community.
We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our incredible educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enriches the child’s holistic self.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
- Swan View caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a piazza and an atelier
- Bus stops nearby for easy commute to work
- Opening hours 6:30am-6:30pm

- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Have experience in working in either a Lead Educator or a educational leader role within child care
- Be willing to support and guide the team
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
