The Role:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Must have a Diploma in ECEC and 1 year experience in a similar role
- 3 assistants within the room and regular support on floors from our Curriculum Leader
- Leading our 2-3 year old room
- As soon as possible start
About the Service:
- Based in the suburb of Athelstone
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
- Very close to local coffee shops for lunch time breaks
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation
- Stunning double story 82 place service within walking distance to cafe’s local shops
- Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career

About You:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood
- Must be available to work 5 days a week
- Experience in working as a Room Leader in a childcare service for 1 year
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
