SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Driven to provide outstanding nutrition and education to young children
- Comply with all relevant legislation, early childhood regulations, policies, procedures, and work guidelines
- Have experience in cooking for a large amount of children at any one time
- Prepare weekly stock take and ordering
- Maintain and ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene such as cleaning and washing.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is essential for this role
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- A certificate in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality is desirable
